How to set / reset your Dealer Portal password

To grant access to the Dealer Portal for new users or employees in your company, please send an email to support@rubberstoneglobal.com with the following information:
First Name:
Last Name:
Email (every user should have their own unique email address):
Title or Position: ie. Sales, Installer, Orders
Info
If you have received a welcome email to the dealer portal, follow the link in that email to finish setting up your account.
Alert
If you have NOT received a welcome email to the dealer portal, chances are your email server may have blocked our notification.
Idea
In that case you can go to www.rubberstoneportal.com and use the reset password option.  This will allow you to generate a new password with which you can login to the portal.

To reset your password / generate a new password


2.  Click "Forgot or Reset Password?"


3.  Enter in your email that you want to reset the password for, then click "Continue".


4.  You will then see this screen notifying you that a password reset email has been sent to you.


5.  In your email, you will get an email from "General Support" which will ask you to confirm that you do indeed want to change your password.  Please click the link or the "Confirm" button.


6.  This screen will then open in your browser asking you to enter in a new password.  Enter in the same password in both boxes and click "Reset Password"


7.  You will then be shown a confirmation that your password has been changed.  Click the "Back to Rubber Stone Dealer Portal" button.  You will then be taken back to the login screen.



8.  Enter in your password that you just saved and click the login button.  You now have access to our online dealer portal.  Great job!
