Humidity Levels and Resin Bound Surfacing

Vuba Moisture Tolerant Resin

Vuba's Moisture Tolerant resin is designed to withstand light, unexpected showers, dew, condensation, and humidity levels up to 95%. However, when humidity exceeds 95%, the moisture in the air becomes trapped, hindering proper curing.
Notes
Vuba's Moisture Tolerant resin is design to withstand up to 95% humidity.
In these conditions, even Moisture Tolerant resin may struggle, as the excess humidity interferes with the curing process, acting like trapped moisture. This high humidity can mimic the effects of submersion, leading to potential moisture damage. It's important to consider humidity levels both on the day of installation and during the 24hour curing period that follows.

Installation in Humidity - Guidelines

Alert
  1. 95%+: Do not lay - High risk of damage
  2. 92-95%: Extreme caution - Damage possible
  3. 88-92%: Caution - Unlikely, but possible damage
  4. <88%: Safe to lay - Minimal risk
